Our non retained, strategic headhunting methodology involves:
- Assigning an ICI consultant specific to the areas of our expertise.
- Understand our client’s market positioning, competition and business culture in order to determine a target universe of competition companies where specific individuals exist.
- Design a specific search profile for individual role and/or recruitment programme.
- Begin the search advertising internationally as and when required.
- Proactively search for individuals within the target universe, network amongst colleagues and collect data.
- Identify relevant personnel and make initial approaches.
- Qualification interview and analysis of individuals.
- Selection of short list and documentation of candidates full profile, personal details, salary information and qualifications.
- Introduce a short list of no more than 3 candidates per individual headcount position.
- Facilitate in the client/candidate interview process.
- Management of the offer process to ensure best value for both candidate and client.
- Support the on-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition is enjoyed.
- Manage after start date expectations.
